What is your Cambridge English Qualification Level?
Hello everyone!
It's Mike, your teacher!
I've
been thinking about goals a lot lately. Goals are what motivate us, of
course. I know, for all of you, your goal is to communicate in English
fluently, but perhaps having an even clearer goal in mind can be a
helpful motivator.
I've been preparing a
student for a Cambridge 'B2' level test. I have been spending quite a
bit of time playing the role of an evaluator. And, to be honest, I'm
getting pretty good at it! I also spent years preparing students for
IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC tests when I worked for EF.
If you are interested, take this test on the Cambridge site: https://www.cambridgeenglish. org/test-your-english/general- english/
...
and let me know the results. Of course, it's only a quick test and it's
only a written portion, but either way let me know what the results
say. We can decide together if it is an accurate assessment.
From
there, we can focus on specifically what it takes to get your level up
to C2 (the highest level of Cambridge's assessment).
Don't forget to email me to tell me your level. Sign up for a lesson here to talk about it.
